Prerequisite

The attendee must have experience of at least one SAFe course or working experience in Product/Solution Management

Exam Details:

Before taking the exam, the attendee must complete the SAFe® Agile Product Management training in order to become Certified SAFe® Agile Product Manager. The course provides access to the study material and resources for the exam, but mere attending the course doesn’t guarantee passing the exam.

Exam Name - SAFe® Agile Product Manager Exam

Format - Multiple Choice

Scheme - Single browser – Web based, closed book minus external assistance, timed

Access - Attendees can access the exam upon completing the SAFe® Agile Product Management Course within the SAFe community

Duration - Attendees will have 120 minutes i,e. 2 hours to complete the exam (60 Questions)

Passing Score - 75%

Language - English

Retake Policy - The Attendee can make a second attempt (retake) immediately after the first attempt. It takes a 10-day wait for the third attempt and a 30-day wait for the fourth attempt.

FAQs

No, you have to attend the course, in order to take the exam.

If you, for some reason, are not able to take the exam within 30 days, you are still eligible to take the exam and extend the deadline from the Scaled Agile Community profile.

Login to the SAFe Community
Select Learn > My Learning from the tabs above.
Select "In Progress"
Select the course for the exam
Towards the bottom of the learning plan, click the blue "Extend time 2 weeks" button next to the Exam.
After selecting the extend button, you will need to agree to the terms of the extension. You will then have two weeks to complete the exam without charge. If you do not pass the exam or do not complete the exam in those two weeks, you will need to purchase a retake to re-access the exam.

If the launch button is still available, you will need to wait until the day after the exam expiration date to activate the extension.

You’ll receive an email as soon as you are done with the certification.

A Product Manager is responsible for customer needs, prioritizing features, and developing the program vision and roadmap.
