Scrum Better with Kanban Course

The SKP (Scrum Kanban Practitioner) Kanban Certification is a one-day training program that helps you familiarize yourself with theories, principles and practices of Kanban Methodology and its application in Scrum environments.

The Kanban approach aims to manage work by visualizing work items via a Kanban board, so that it is easier to balance demands with available capacity, determine and reduce risks, improve the handling of system-level bottlenecks, and keep an eye on the progress and process, from start to finish.

The SKP Certification has been designed from Kanban University. The university was founded by David J. Anderson, who brought the principles of Lean method and Kanban to IT. The Kanban Certification Course has been re-designed into a highly interactive course understand and empathize your current implementation of Scrum. With a mixture of interactive exercises, instructions and pragmatic advice, the course will enable you to identify a hypothesis driven approach in adapting Kanban to your existing Scrum environment. There is no exam that you need to appear for to receive the Scrum Kanban Practitioner certification. However, finishing one day of training is a must.

The SKP certificate is a one day basic training course to help you understand the cultural context of Kanban as a change initiative and shifts in the phenomenon.

To enroll for the SKP course, you have to register at the Xebia Academy Global website. After registering for the SKP training, you will receive a confirmation email with practical information.

You will receive a Certificate of Completion awarded by Kanban University and a Scrum Kanban Practitioner (SKP) credential certificate accompanied by the SKP Badge upon successful completion of your training.
