The Kanban Certification is a two-day training program that helps you familiarize yourself with the theories, principles and practices of Kanban Methodology.
The Kanban approach aims to manage work by visualizing work items via a Kanban board, so that it is easier to balance demands with available capacity, determine and reduce risks, improve the handling of system-level bottlenecks, and keep an eye on the progress and process, from start to finish.
The KMP Certification has been designed by David J. Anderson from Kanban University, who brought the principles of Lean method and Kanban to IT. The Kanban Certification Course has been re-designed into a highly interactive course, including a complete Kanban simulation.
With a mixture of interactive exercises, instructions, simulation and pragmatic advice, the course will enable you to design your own Kanban Systems, Tickets, and Boards. The principles of Kanban learned in the course can be practically implemented right after its completion.
